1. What AllTee is

AllTee is a live golf scores app — leaderboards, schedules, players, news and notifications across multiple tours. The core app (scores, leaderboards and notifications) is free to use.

These Terms are between you and Joshua Loos, who operates AllTee. By using the app you agree to them.

2. Using the app

You may use AllTee for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Please do not misuse it — for example by attempting to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, by redistributing the data it displays as if it were your own, or by using it unlawfully.

3. Accounts

Some features need an account: an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AllTee Plus (purchases and subscriptions)

AllTee Plus is an optional paid plan in the iPhone app. The core app (scores, leaderboards and notifications) stays free.

Plus is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple takes the payment, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies to your use of the app together with these Terms.

The monthly and annual plans are subscriptions: they renew automatically at the price shown, charged to your Apple account, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered it is shown before you buy, and the subscription starts at the price shown when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings, or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app.

The plans are Monthly and Annual (subscriptions), and Lifetime and Founding member (one-time purchases; Founding member is offered to a limited number of members at the launch price). Each plan's price, and any free trial, is shown on the plan screen before you buy.

The lifetime and founding plans are one-time purchases and do not renew.

Restore purchases (on the plan screen and in Profile) brings back a plan bought with the same Apple account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

5. Scores and data are provided "as is"

Scores, schedules, player and course information come from third-party providers, and can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong.

AllTee is provided "as is". We work hard to be fast and accurate, but we cannot warrant that the data is accurate, complete or timely.

Please do not rely on AllTee for betting or wagering, official scoring, or any decision where accuracy matters — check the official source for those.

6. Not affiliated with the tours

AllTee is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PGA TOUR, DP World Tour, LIV Golf, the LPGA, or any other tour, organisation or event.

Tour, event and player names are used descriptively, to identify what you are looking at.

7. Sponsored and partner content

AllTee may display sponsored or partner content — today, a single clearly labelled "Partner" card in a fixed slot that does not interrupt scores or content.

Including a partner is not an endorsement of them by any tour, and any dealings between you and a partner are between you and them.

If we introduce a feature that uses third-party advertising services, we will update our Privacy Policy before it ships and obtain your consent where the law requires it.

8. Notifications

If you turn notifications on, AllTee can alert you about the events and players you follow. You can change or turn these off at any time in the app or in your device settings.

Delivery and timing depend on our data providers and on your device, so they cannot be guaranteed.

9. Things you send us

If you send feedback, a bug report or a support message, you allow us to use it to operate and improve AllTee. Please do not send anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

10. Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms — we will change the date shown at the top when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Joshua Loos is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the data described in section 5.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
